East London Wax sells wax melts and accessories made by Carol Street in her East London home.

Carol started making wax melts when the UK entered the first lockdown. “I suddenly had a lot of time on my hands and needed something to keep me occupied.”

Most of her products are made from resin, ranging from coasters, keychains, decorative containers for jewellery, and hair slides. You can also find a wide range of scented wax melts and sizzlers, creating some of the cosiest and crisp aromas for your home. 

Carol says she’s always wanted to start her own business and meet new people. “It gets me out there and I’ve met some lovely ladies, everyone’s friendly. I think it’s going to be the best thing I’ve done.”

She’s also looking to add scented candles to her collection soon.
